About Sensecast

Sensecast reads the weather the way a meteorologist would and explains it the way a person would. It routes to the agency that actually models your terrain, from NOAA/NWS in the US to MET Norway, HKO, and Météo-France's AROME grid, so the forecast you see is the one built for where you stand. Compare any sources side by side for a second opinion, or bring your own key for OpenWeatherMap or WeatherAPI key.

Every number on screen carries an info button: the sensation analogy first, the safety scale second, the actual physics third. A 20-topic weather academy lives inside the app, and the tooltips switch off entirely once you know it.

Underneath the forecast, the app runs live tornado touchdowns from the Storm Prediction Center, county-level power-grid outages from federal open data, and earthquake, wildfire, and tropical cyclone trackers with distance and bearing. Doppler radar scrubs two hours back and ninety minutes forward with a full dBZ legend.

Free to use, no account, no ads. Live on Google Play and the App Store. Pro adds flagship supercomputer models, pressure-drop migraine alerts, and storm verification reports with a checkable reference ID you can hand to an insurer.
